Troop 943 Merit Badge Procedures 1. Obtain a signed merit badge application (“Blue Card”) from the Scoutmaster.  He will assign you to a merit badge counselor.
2. Contact your counselor to review the requirements and begin working on your badge.  A scout must have a buddy with him at each meeting with a merit badge counselor.
3. Requirements will be initialed and dated by the merit badge counselor as completed.  When you have finished all requirements the merit badge counselor will sign your “Blue Card” and retain his/her portion.
4. Return the “Blue Card” to the Scoutmaster for final signature and recording in the advancement records. Eagle Required Merit Badges
